"Very happy with this place. We were nervous at first to book because there was no reviews on VRBO, but John with Horizon Properties was very helpful and reassuring over the phone. They have many positive reviews on other sites, they havent been on VRBO for long, hence the no reviews here. The private beach is along Baltac Road. We were thinking the private beach was the Timber Ridge one, that you need a fob and parking pass for, but it is not. Where this place is located, it is under...

"Very clean condo, we particularly enjoyed that its location was street side with plenty of green space. Patio offered shade all day long which was welcomed with the warm weather. Wonderful views, with local amenities. "
