"This was a bait and switch. We saw the beautiful king room with bay window on the web site and booked and paid for it. Instead we got a tiny box with a queen bed and no room to turn around or open suitcases. We were told we would be sent a code to get into the hotel. We never received it so stood out in the rain until another patron came along as our American phone couldn't connect. Another patron was able to call for us when we were inadvertantly locked out of our room. There is no one present on the property. STAY AWAY!"
