"I was staying on the first floor - immediately next door was a railway line. Constant train noise through windows with minimal noise insulation lead to an almost sleepless night. I recomend rooms on the opposite side of the building."

"Nice clean comfortable room albeit rather snug, it was a single room. The bed was large enough to be a small double and the TV was huge, arguably too huge! Shower hot and cleaning products and towels were good and plentiful. The kettle was missing on arrival and although I requested one, it didn’t arrive until I reminded the receptionist the following day. I also requested mint tea, that never arrived but that’s not a reason why I wouldn’t return, in fact I’ve stayed at The Baileys 3 tomes over the last year and will stay again."

"The Drey is in a lovely neighborhood close to lots of restaurants and shops and steps from Earls Court tube station. Property is extremely clean and fresh with all modern conveniences. Every staff member was absolutely wonderful and helpful. Will definitely be my choice any time I return to London."

"The hotel is in a great location. Definitely pay for the park view rooms as it is beautiful and the view the other way overlooks a roof top in disrepair. Breakfast was very good. Easy walk to the underground station as most touristy spots are a few stops away. Kensington High Street has a lot of options for food and is clean. Front desk staff very helpful and pleasant. I recommend staying here is you want to stay in the Kensington area."

"Couldnt dins my payment when i checked in,even though my daughter paid in full a month before! Was woken in the morning at 9.00 am. Y the cleaner banging about and hoovering the next room 9.00 am!!!"
