"The place was nice, clean, well stocked and comfortable. The scenic views were beautiful. If you are staying more than a night should bring extra paper products. You get one roll of each. Also pay close attention to the host fees. A bit high IMO which for a two night stay doubled the rate advertised on VRBO. Would stay again. "

"The place was very clean and host was very responsive! It was a great little last minute getaway. We didn’t get to use the cowboy pool because our stay was short and it needed to be filled. The sauna however was perfect!!"

"This was an amazing property. Everything was extremely clean and the host were awesome to to work with. The communication with the host was some of the best that I have ever had. We stayed for our anniversary and this was the perfect property for this. We loved the privacy and quietness here. We are already looking for a reason to come back."

"Honestly Hill Country’s communication isn’t the best. On the VRBO listing, it states there is AC, but I found out after asking that the Yurt and Tipi only have fans and portable AC units. Booking in the middle of August in the Texas Summer it would’ve been nice to have that information prior to booking. They were pretty accommodating with things, but a lot of the things I feel like I wouldn’t know if I didn’t ask. The layout under the VRBO is also incorrect with which beds are where. Overall, we had a lot of fun but there seemed to be some miscommunication from VRBO and Hill Country. "
