"What was great 1. Excellent location, just 5 mins walk from Innsbruck Central station. 2. Very kind and helpful staff. At the reception, with the luggage and at the restaurant. All staff we interacted with. Special callout to Maria at the reception. 3. Close to the touristy part of Innsbruck. Tyrol Musuem, Golden Rood, Hofburg, Hofgarten, Nordkettenbahn etc. Hotel provides you card for local transportation in case you prefer using the public transport instead of walking. 4. "Clean room, nice outdoor spaces, good air circulation."

"The ac was in a small room as you enter but cut off from the large room with the beds for my family and I so it was very warm in this heatwave. Beds were nice. Ac worked well if we had been able to keep the door open to our side. The person sleeping in the entrance slept very well. Great location for walking to the old center area. Id go again but not in sweltering heat"

"The Parkhotel Matrei has some of the most attentive and friendly staff I’ve met. The hotel gave off “home” feelings and not commercial hotel. The convenience of a front parking lot, gas station & grocery nearby was great and the rooms were perfect size for me and my many bags, as well as a space for me to get my work done. I was also given a holiday gift bag because they knew I’d be alone for the holiday. Just a great place, words don’t do them justice. Definitely will be returning some day!"
