We had a group of 8, and this was perfect for everyone to have their own space, but the great room with the pool table was a fun space for the whole family to hang out. The house was fully stocked with toiletries, plenty of towels, and a fully stocked kitchen items. Made our stay much more comfortable. "

"Super nice property. Stocked well with all essentials and extras like phone chargers. The game room won the stay due to inclement weather! Definitely not a property for people with mobility issues due to stairs everywhere. The entrance to the house and the stairs leading up to the bedrooms had railings, but the steps to the outdoor kitchen and the hot tub did not. Still, it was a great experience with family. Loved that there were 4 king beds!"

"I needed a place in Ephrata for my wife and three young children for several days. There aren’t many options in town, most are in Moses lake or closer to the Columbia river. This property was perfect for my needs. Lots of space, multiple rooms and TVs. We were very comfortable, my kids had fun and my wife and I were able to relax and not have that trapped in a hotel room feeling. The property is very clean, modern and new. "My family raved about this home the minute they got in. Even the hard to please folks were impressed. We loved the private swimming pool for early morning and late night swimming. Lots of pool toys in the deck box. The house is also very spacious and made it easy for all of us to have our own space and spread out. The house is very well maintained and new. Having 2 refrigerators would probably come very handy for a longer stay for some groups. One thing to keep in mind is one of the bedrooms...

"The property was just as described. The setting is beautiful on the lake with kayaks and a dock, hot tub and outdoor seating. A nice quiet neighborhood and close to restaurants and grocery stores. The host is very responsive. Great property! "
