"Nicely located as I was able to walk to almost everyplace I needed. The flat was a nice size and was decorated well. The bathroom was recently remodeled and was perfect, the walk-in shower was the perfect size. The kitchen was more than adequate for my extended stay. I was definitely pleased with this booking."

"The rooms were a good size with living and kitchen room separate bedroom. The rooms could be very nice but was lacking on the clean side with dust and some maintenance needed. Wanted to make an hot drink on arrival but only one cup so had to go and buy some, there was no cloth to dry cups up after washing. Didn't use the dishes as they were dusty. There was a lack of shelving in the bathroom to put toiletries away. Contact with the owners was excellent."

It’s as if a room from a very high end, boutique city hotel has been plucked out of a building and carefully placed down in beautiful, peaceful countryside. The decor is stylish and genuinely calming. The hosts have thought of everything - literally everything! I kept finding extras I didn’t expect to. Can’t praise this place enough!"

"The cottage has real character, being over 200 years old. It has lovely countryside views from the lounge and bedrooms and is spacious. The cooking equipment was good and the dining room was lovely and cosy. We were quite near to Lincoln City and was an hours drive from the seaside town of Skegness, where we spent an enjoyable afternoon. The host was very helpful. Would stay here again."
