"I used to come here all the time in the late 2010’s, haven’t been here since maybe 2018? A lot has changed. I LOVE the interior of the rooms, especially the sliding glass doors showers. Found a hair in the bathtub that was mine😅the door leading straight to the pool from the main lobby didn’t work no matter how many times I used both key cards, had to use the side door for entry. "staff was great. the place is under renovation but construction is everywhere in the building. hot water in the shower is almost luke warm. and even after staff cleaned the room ants continued to be a problem."
"Saw staff only once when checking in, very poor service. Limited pool hours, exercise room stayed locked, no room cleaning during stay offered. Continental breakfast was Saran-wrapped breads."
"Horrible experience. Check in started at 3 and I arrived at 8. I was told my room was not ready and wouldn’t be for a couple more hours due to staffing shortage. The manager only offered to cancel my reservation or call me when a room was ready. My disabled veteran husband started having mental issues so they got us a room quicker. Then our room had no towels. I saw a teenage housekeeper in hall who gave us towels and found out her mom was assistant manager who asked her to come in and help out....
