"staff was great. the place is under renovation but construction is everywhere in the building. hot water in the shower is almost luke warm. and even after staff cleaned the room ants continued to be a problem."

"Horrible experience. Check in started at 3 and I arrived at 8. I was told my room was not ready and wouldn’t be for a couple more hours due to staffing shortage. The manager only offered to cancel my reservation or call me when a room was ready. My disabled veteran husband started having mental issues so they got us a room quicker. Then our room had no towels. I saw a teenage housekeeper in hall who gave us towels and found out her mom was assistant manager who asked her to come in and help out....
