"A new establishment that more than exceeded our expectations. Everything was immaculately clean and fresh. The only thing lacking was toiletries and tissue paper. But if that is ll we have to gripe about, take your own supply and enjoy this new hotel by Marriott. It is priced nicely."

"The apartment was really nice and had just about everything one could need. The great room was very nicely decorated, comfortable, and extremely clean. The kitchen was very functional though we ate out but appreciated the refrigerator. The TV was large but a bit baffling to figure out. The location was excellent for walking to restaurants and shops. Parking was good though the alleyway to get into the lot is quite narrow and on another block in back of the house. (No big deal.). If you are a...

"My daughter and I were doing a college tour of the Great South. We booked this property from Expedia the day of. We arrived to find that this was not a hotel but a condominium being rented out as a short term rental. So there was no reception desk. The address given was for a retail store and there was very little signage to identify it. After the wonderful interaction with a resident of the building she let us know about the check in protocol. After searching numerous emails and texts we found...

"Great location! We could walk to the Riverwalk and many restaurants. Parking was on the street, but there was always a spot for us. It is an old house, which is neat with its original windows. The drain in the bathtub was clogged, but while we were out, they came and fixed it right away. Great communication!! in DC Some of the paint could be repainted, but overall, it was a wonderful stay."

"Beautiful little apartment across from the river and right across from the USS North Carolina. Clean and comfortable place. Absolutely nothing to complain about and very conveniently located in downtown Wilmington. Very well worth the money."

"The property is in an excellent location. Easy walk to the historic area full of restaurants, cafes, shops, and more. Easy 20ish minute drive to Wrightsville Beach. The owners are very organized and great communicators. The place was immaculate and loved that it was a historic house! I would definitely book here again! 10 out of 10!"

"Great location. Amazing views "

"Excellent location. But having said that, there is some street noise to deal with. But the apartments is very well appointed and it was a great stay overall. Great communication from the property owner and off street parking!"

"Great location!"

"Thoroughly enjoyed the stay!"

"This was a charming apartment ( love the N’Awlins theming!) in a great location in historic Wilmington. Friendly and prompt communication. Would definitely stay again."

"I really enjoyed the location and parking. Bed was a little firm for my taste, but I like cushy mattresses. The only problem I had was trying to find light switches for all the lights! I never did find the one for over the kitchen counter. Also no mattress cover between sheets and mattress. Laundry is in another area of the house, but if you like to climb you can go over the balcony railing to get there easily."

"Precious and cozy little apartment in a very convenient spot in downtown Wilmington. We were walking distance to everywhere. Host was very helpful and responsive and left snacks and waters to enjoy. The apartment comes with a pass to a nearby garage which was an added plus. There is a bar right downstairs so lots of chatter could be heard but it wasn’t enough to ruin our stay. I would definitely recommend."

"The hosts are great communicators and the place was clean and tidy. Lots of info on places to go and things to do. The best part about our stay was the view! Absolutely stunning."

"Very clean and had everything we needed. The decor was so pretty. We enjoyed our stay"

"Great view! I enjoyed the place, and it was very convenient."

"Great location, close to lots of shops and restaurants. View was incredible. Loved our stay here!"

"We had an incredible stay! The condo was super clean and very comfortable furniture and bed. The best view ever drinking your morning coffee on the deck over looking the Wilmington riverwalk and Cape Fear River. The host was super and answered all my many questions quickly. Looking forward to a future stay."

"The property is very nice and clean. The directions for the parking garage are a little confusing. A little more detail on where it is located would be helpful."
