"Excellent home & host! Don't miss out on this gem of a property just outside of Burlington. This is the cleanest and neatest place that we've ever stayed in! The communication with the host was great, and they provided every single thing that you could possibly need. The kitchen was stocked with every appliance/etc. that you would need. They provided coffee, teas, and even maple syrup! The outdoor lawn was beautifully manicured and is perfect for enjoying your morning coffee. The location is...

"Was a nice quiet location, convenient access to many things."

"Very lovely space in a quiet neighborhood. Very conveniently located and walkable to many local restaurants, grocery stores, and other amenities. Highly recommended."

"Location was perfect - you could walk to everything! Apartment was very clean with high end upgrades. Highly recommend!"

"yep.Nice place. Had everything we needed"

"I would recommend the apartment to anyone needing a place to stay in the area. We needed to be close to the airport and it was only a 20 minute easy drive. The property is clean, comfortable and well stocked. Management was easy to contact and check in and check out was simple."

"Excellent experience, super walkable to downtown and great communication:) Burlington character"

"Had an enjoyable stay! Felt very safe, area was quiet and peaceful. Downtown Winooski was a short drive away, as well as downtown Burlington. Beds were super comfy, unit was so much bigger than I realized. Plenty of room for 4 people (we had 2) even a great little office room away from the living room if work is needed to be done. Would def recommend and stay again"

"Property was very clean. Bed was excellent."

"Currently, I cannot find the description of the apartment but it would have been helpful to Know that it was in a Basement. The only reason I gave it four stars instead of five was because there were five entrances into the apartment. Although they were all locked, it was a little alarming. Additionally, there is no kitchen if that's important to you."

"Good parking and lovation"

"The description of this rental is wildly inaccurate. It is a basement apartment in the rear of the building. Description on VRBO shows a different photo and describes the unit as “sunlit”. Not true. The bldg is run down and noisy. Certainly not worth the ."

"The location was perfect…easy/quick walk to Church street and restaurants/shops. Off street parking was great. Easy walk to the lakefront for the cruise. Safe. Clean. Perfect for two or three people, but would be a little crowded for more. The one bathroom may or may not be a drawback. Porch furniture would be a great addition."

"Overall met our needs. Parking was very tough and not in a great part of town, but otherwise a good stay. "

"Great place! Amazing view!"

"It was.a great place to stay at a very reasonable price. Very clean and functional. The beds are comfortable. All good. We may stay here again in the future."
