"A lot of historical character. Much of the charm was maintained while updating the rooms. Even the elevators displayed much of the old charm. I suspect they require a lot of maintenance. Parking is expensive in downtown Ft Worth."

"We have stayed in this hotel twice. It is a simple, basic hotel with clean rooms, fresh carpet, very friendly staff, and a great floor plan. I love the nice lobby with the lemon water always available. The only drawback is the "free breakfast type products" are not free. Neither is the coffee. We don't mind though because there are lots of good coffee places nearby like Ascension. All in all it is a wonderful value."
