They do still need to work on locks on door. First door key given didn’t work. Bathroom floor could have used a touch more love. Other than that all was fine.

It was fantastic. It was cozy and the decor just added to the charm. The windows at the back of the guesthouse were the cherry on top. The location is great Willoughby is the cutest town. I grew up in the neighboring city of Mentor. I am well aware of the area I chose to stay, but had higher expectations from a Wyndham property. The location was chosen based on easy expressway access and my planned destinations.
Nice area. We went there to visit the Kirtland Temple, which is just two minutes up the road from the hotel. It is also a good location to jaunt off to the city or to see the lake.
Room and staff exactly what we expected. Clean room and supportive helpful staff.

Friendly and safe community with lots to offer in a convenient location.
It is right next to Mentor, where you will find many great things. Malls, stores, great restaurants, all just about 5 minutes away (literally down the street).
