"Gebucht wurden 2 Übernachtungen in einem "Comfort-Dreibettzimmer". Vor unserer Ankunft hatten wir über Expedia eine Beschreibung erhalten, wie wir zu unserem Zimmer im Haus gelangen, incl. Zugangscode für den Zutritt zum Zimmer. Leider stellte sich heraus, dass das Zimmer von einer Mitarbeiterin des Hauses bewohnt wurde. Rezeption oder Empfang? Fehlanzeige. "It was a convenient location as we were boarding a Holland America ship the next day. It was literally across the street from the boarding area. The reason I gave it 4 stars was to evening meal area is a food court with really great food choices, but the music was so loud you couldn’t hear anyone."
