"They need to be more cleaner with the objects in the room especially the door stopper that hits the door knob in the steam shower was moldy and it's okay to buy Dollar Store hand wash with because they're a big Corporation they should be able to get a little bit better hand wash and their beds are very very hard"

"I just stayed there for a bed to use for the night. Staff were friendly but I received the wrong information from one staff who assured me that there were USB-c outlets in the room, there were not. When I showered at night, the drainage system was so bad that I was ankle deep in drain water and the next morning…all the drain water was still there. It’s probably not maintenance’s fault because piping can be backed up for various reasons over time, but I opted against using the shower in the morning. Bed was comfortable and staff were pleasant."

"I experienced the same things as most of the reviews 3 months prior to mine. The key system was down on the night I came. The staff was helpful and informative on it, and it was working the next morning as I was handed my keys. what that said, I recommend utilizing the mobile check-in via mobile device, if you know how to do so that may or may not save you the hassle. I did find one ant near my AC unit, but no more. The room was probably in the best shape out of the hotel. Overall, it does seem to be an eight out of 10 hotel, my experience would give it a 7.5. It’s low for Hilton, but not bad overall."
