The kitchen will be located to the right as you enter the large living space, and does provide dishware, flatware, stemware, pots, and pans. Once in the living area of the unit, you will see the master suite to your left with a queen-sized bed and one of two sliding door access points to the large private balcony.

This unit has a flat screen tv in each bedroom, free Cable & Wi-Fi, and one of the most unique and private locations in the complex. Ceiling fans are also located in the family room and each bedroom to help create a pleasant atmosphere. Booking your Vacation rental through us can help ease the process of booking Summer reservations and save you money. All of our reservations have an amenities package included in the cost of stay. This includes bedsheets for all beds, towels (bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths). Linen package will be left at the entry door of the property on arrival day, you can request for an additional fee of $150.00 to have the beds made prior to your arrival. Tenants will need to bring Extra Pillows and Blankets, Personal Toiletries, Groceries, l Paper Products, Beach Equipment, and Beach Towels. Bed Pillows and Bedspreads are provided. Additional Linen and Beach Equipment Rentals are available through Beach Home Linens.

Once a reservation is confirmed on our end, your actual payment is taken, reservation confirmation sent, and lease is generated. Once the lease is signed by both the property owner and tenant, then your reservation is final.

The Powers Group Vacation Rentals Cancellation Policy: Any payments put towards a reservation total are refundable, minus fees, once the dates have rebooked at the original rate.
