"The boathouse was a total Rotterdam experience! We loved it. It was a little difficult with my elderly mother but we managed. The beds were comfortable."

"Unclear from the listing that there were different grades of property. Balcony shown in listing photos but this only exists on 1 apartment. "The property was nice and in a great location. You could hear people down on the street throughout most of the night, although the noise did not bother us very much. No one was on premises so we could not ask them to hold our luggage for us. Stairs to the room were very steep and small. It was difficult to bring our heavy bags up and down the stairs. Also, they told us our key cards would work on the entrance door, but they did not. We had to use the entrance code on the keypad to get in."
