"Room was spotless. Was able to leave our bag before check in and after check out, which was very helpful. Gentlemen who checked us in were clear with instructions. Room was warm (not over hot) and comfortable at the back of the building, so no street noise. Windows opened for ventilation. Beds and pillows comfortable. Great shower pressure. "

"Lovely hotel experience. Friendly and helpful receptionist, she gave us lots of info and allowed early check in. Small, but very clean and great customer service. Easy to get to Jewish quarter, castle and old town. Lovely clean and modern room, but could have done with more drawers and hangers. Could hear trains as next to rail line, but didnt bother us. Breakfast was super. Great choices, plus extra menu items (avo and poached egg was delicious). Free coffee station was a bonus. Cafe always looked popular and buzzing, although didnt get to try that, gym or spa "

"We had an excellent stay. The hotel is very well located in the old town. We had the breakfast, which was very good (both in quality and variety). The staff was very helpful and professional. Room and bed were comfortable. We would go back there when visiting Krakow again."
