Walk To Intrust Bank Arena! Modern Loft W/ Balcony

Enjoy a modern experience at this centrally-located loft, marked Unit 1. Just steps away from Intrust Bank Arena, and a couple blocks from downtown Wichita, you'll be in close proximity to all the amazing features of downtown living. This loft sits atop an event venue, which sometimes doubles as an upscale bar in the evenings during high capacity arena events. Please do not book this space if noise from a possible event in the venue may bother you. Events may go as late as midnight.

The Space!
After parking behind the building in your designated spot, you'll walk in through the wooden gate and be in an enclosed courtyard. There is a boxcar house to your left, and stairs leading up to the other two units just beyond that. If the event venue has an event in process, you might encounter guests on your way up to your unit, although this won't be a common occurrence.

** Please note, guests are not allowed to make a reservation in their city of residence. Guests with a 316 area phone number will be required to submit their drivers license upon approval. If there is a local address on the drivers license, the booking will be cancelled. No exceptions.
