New pull out couch in the living room area has gel foam mattress. The bedroom area has a queen size bed.

The Lake Whitney area is known for its great hunting and fishing.
Local dock is three blocks away and the state park is less than 5 minutes away.
Great and super quiet lakeside neighborhood that offers incredible star gazing at night.
Private driveway can accommodate up to 3 vehicles.

The kitchenette area comes furnished with a full size fridge, a two burner cooktop, basic set of dishes, utensils, coffee maker, blender, etc.
A custom design breakfast table compliments the common area and it is perfect for morning coffee.

HD TV - This is an app tv, just connect through your phone to watch your favorite channels.

This serene spot is an ideal weekend/weekday getaway for small families, small groups, or couples. It is walking distance away from the lake for convenient fishing or to take in the spectacular Lake Whitney sunrises and sunsets.
