"Great stay and wonderful locatiom"

"I did not realize that Internet was not included. I was charged $50 a day for Internet and discounts on food- none of which I used. I had prepaid for the room then still ended up being charged $150 for that and then more money for other fees. There is not a microwave in the room but one in the hallway?!?! I just felt like for what should be a nice hotel, it lacked basic amenities you get at cheaper hotels. I would probably choose a different hotel in the same area next time."

"The only complaint that I had was that the elevators were not fully working. They only had one set working and it was a full weekend with volleyball and soccer, and we had to wait a long time for the elevators."

"We stayed with a toddler and there were no playpen or crib available so we had to prepare a makeshift sleeping area over the sectional sofa. Otherwise everything was good and as expected."

"We arrived at 5:00pm and could not check into our room due to their computers being down. They told us they should be back up in an hour. We came back at 8:30 and were told they still could not check us into our room. They offered no assistance whatsoever. We ended up having to get another hotel. It was AWFUL !!!!"

"I needed an early check in and the staff was very accommodating, they held my luggage until my room was ready. It gave me just enough time to walk to Starbucks around the corner and when I got back, my room was ready! Everyone was nice & helpful and my room was clean. I’ll definitely come back!"

"Nice hotel but the rooms had thin walls! Good hear water running, toilets flushing, people laughing in rooms as next door. I would not stay overnight here"

"No pool, alot needs to be updated, noisey near elevators. Staff was great! Nice to have connected Chipotle if you don't want to venture out for food"
