"We enjoyed our stay! The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly, and online check-in was quick and easy. It was quiet, and the beds were comfortable. The room was functional with a mini fridge and microwave, which was convenient. Breakfast was decent and about what you’d expect from a continental breakfast. Coffee was available in the lobby, although the cups were surprisingly tiny! The location was convenient for getting around Chattanooga. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant stay. We would stay here again!"

"The room was a little smaller than what seemed on picture. I didn't like that there were no rooms set aside for people with pet allergies. Also I asked for receipt at check out and because I booked through 3rd party....they could not print receipt. I always book through 3rd parties and have NEVER had this issue. The carpet needs to be cleaned. Overall we did enjoy our stay. Breakfast was good and location was excellent."

"Nice upstairs indoor/outdoor rooftop restaurant but the lack of taste from the high priced bar food left much to be desired. The room was clean modern and small. I expected more for the $350 a night price and an included breakfast would seem fair but it was not offered. The gem of the hotel is the bar inside the old basement vault. Complete with old vault door and gates. Great place to hang out and get a drink from their extensive menu. Overall I would recommend this hotel."

"The room was clean when we arrived, and the rest of the hotel appeared to be well maintained. The check-in staff was also very friendly and helpful. We stayed from Monday through Thursday, and our main concern was housekeeping. The door sign was unusual because it said “Do Not Disturb” on both sides instead of having “Service Please” on the reverse. We displayed it only while we were in the room and removed it whenever we left for the day. Despite being away for several hours each day, our room was never serviced during our stay. Fortunately, we had enough towels, but by checkout the trash was overflowing. We brought the issue to the front desk, and they responded by removing one day’s parking fee from our bill, which we appreciated. Overall, the hotel was clean and the staff was pleasant, but the housekeeping service and confusing door sign need improvement."

"My experience staying at the hotel has been excellent every time. The entire staff is friendly, professional and they deliver superior customer service. The rooms are always clean and neat. There’s only one thing that needs to change. The carpets that surround the bed and possibly are under the bed need to be replaced. They are worn out and old."
