"Communication on the phone after reservation was good, request for later checkout was granted due to late check in. Staff was friendly, supprtive, and understanding. But, I wish we were given 1 more additional hour to rest, since we did not sleep all night and check in at 7am. "

There was a wonderful employee named Gabriella that went above and beyond helping us find the perfect room and getting us the extra towels/plates etc... she helped us park close to an entry door and helped hold the door as we brought the babies in. She was very kind and deserves a raise! "
