No one knew how to connect me to internet. I asked for bedding for the sofa bed. I received one sheet and a blanket and pillow. Had to ask for an additional sheet incorrect charges on my bill that the desk corrected. It is nothing like the Westin in Nashville, Tennessee. It was so disappointing.

The hotel is dirty and outdated. My room had a giant large red stain in the bedroom carpet and the door to the bathroom looked rotted on the edges. The breakfast was okay, nice variety but a little cold.
