The Space

Allatoona Blue Bungalow is a cozy 2-bedroom, 2-bath cottage nestled right on the shores of Lake Allatoona. With sleeping space for up to 6, it's perfectly sized for couples, small families, or a close-knit group of friends looking to unplug and get on the water. Screened in porch perfect for anytime of the year! Every detail has been thoughtfully done to give you that tucked-in, cottage feel — warm and welcoming, right on the water!



Just steps from the bungalow, your private dock sits over deep water — perfect for swimming, jumping in, or pulling a boat right up to the dock. Drop a line, launch a kayak or paddleboard (provided), or just sit and let your feet hang over the edge. As the sun sets, gather around the fire pit and let the evening take its time. This is lake life at its best.



Where You'll Sleep

The main level features a spacious master king bedroom — your private retreat after a day on the river. Head downstairs to what the kids will immediately claim as their own. The lower level has been designed with families in mind, divided into two sleeping areas and a game room that will keep everyone entertained rain or shine. The area fits a queen bed and daybed with trundle, perfect for younger kids or a flexible sleeping arrangement. Please note the lower level has a 6'4" ceiling height, which gives the space a cozy, cabin-like feel and is comfortable for most guests, though taller adults may want to keep that in mind. Between the bunks, the game room, and the lake just steps away, the kids may never want to leave.
