They were upgraded to an executive suite which overlooked Wembley. It made their stay super special, they were so chuffed and also said the breakfast was lovely - the picture they showed me made my mouth water! Thank you for making their trip special :)"

"Really lovely stay, the staff when first checking in was really polite and helpful, our room was lovely, spotlessly clean with the most comfortable bed which was also massive. The complimentary water, beer and milk was a lovely touch with a great coffee maker, the shower was great. Breakfast was wonderful with great choice and wonderful staff serving."
