"We spent one night at Nibble Nook after doing the Hobbiton tour but we wish we would have stayed longer. The farm is beautiful and the house was cozy and had everything we needed! Some improvements we think would help are ...... The access gate & driveway faces the wrong way. The bath/ shower mixer is broken. The doors have up to a 2" gap at the top. The fire's flue kept blowing off. The BBQ was filthy with no BBQ tools. Some old news papers to light the fire would help. More photos showing that...
