"Staff was friendly, full kitchen including washer/dryer, clean and comfortable. Ideally located. I’d definitely stay here again."

"The property is in a good location for the First Arena Direct. The apartments are functional but lack character and warmth, they are very clinical. The air conditioning is awful and the bedroom was like a hot house, even with a fan on!!! That is in November! If I had been on my own I would have not stayed as there is no lock nor security bar on the back of the door, anyone with access to a key could come in and you would be none the wiser, until it is too late. I would not recommend for solo...

"I loved the property. It was probably more space than I needed, but great to have a kitchen. Also it was very convenient to the train station and the city center. It was quiet and very comfortable bed."

"The host has clearly invested a lot of money into the property, and the cottage is very cosy, tastefully decorated, and conveniently located. However, we were advised by the host that, as long as my parents were able to use stairs, they shouldn’t have any issues. In hindsight, I would recommend being particularly careful if staying with young children, older people, or anyone with balance or mobility issues. The stairs are narrow and steep, with a twist at the bottom as you enter the living...

"عائلي قريب من المحطة ومن السنتر"

"Great location. Excellent for walking into the city. Felt safe there and no issues whatsoever with noise. Communication excellent with owner Martin. The flat is a little worn and I would remove the word amazing from the description. Carpet in hallway needs replacing. Microwave inner was undesirable. Floor tiles in bathroom are loose. The apartment is roomy. Bed is comfortable but very low to rise from. The lift was welcome so no lengthy walk upstairs. Bath was very clean. We visited Leeds during...

"Cleaners really helpeful, let me check my bags in early in order to attend a wedding a few miles away. Would love to stay a little longer next time. Also breakfast in the cafe was excellent. Thanks for the stay"

"Great stay, was a perfect location in York. Good communication with host, clean and a good amount of room"

"Amazing place - spotless! Will definitely stay here again. Gorgeous suites with beautiful decor."

"The apartment was good, but the company took a 100 GBP damage deposit (it was supposed to be a hold but the money was debited from my account). They then claimed not to have actually taken the money (despite evidence to the contrary) and despite acknowledging the need to return the damage deposit claim to have done so without actually having done so (because they claim it was just a hold). Communication with them is extremely poor because it is largely through an AI assistant - and when you...

"Lovely, spotlessly clean property. Ideally located a short walking distance to Harrogate town centre but also very close to bus and train stations for day trips to Harewood House, Ripley Castle etc. Communication from host was excellent."

"Overall, we had an okay stay, but I feel the property was overpriced for what it offered. The location was convenient, around a 30-minute walk or 25-minute bus journey into York city centre. Having on-site parking was a real bonus, as was the nearby supermarket. We also appreciated the baby gate on the stairs, and our children loved sleeping in the bunk beds. However, there were several issues that affected our stay. The property is advertised as a two-bedroom apartment, but in reality it has...
