"If an IKEA opened a beach motel it would look like the Surfside! Room was bare, cool and clean. The entire place (rooms and common areas) have the same flooring that was sticky no matter where you walk. If they un-sticky the floors this place is a cute little 10/10. The rest of it was really clean. People were really friendly, location is great."
"We were given room keys and when we went into the room, it hadn’t been cleaned. The beds were messed up and trash was still left on the dressers. We immediately went back out to the front desk and Katherine apologized and moved us to a different room. When we went in to that room, it appeared clean but the bathroom sink was full of dirty water. Katherine came in and fixed it immediately.
The room itself looked like they did minimal paint and improvements to make it “look” updated. The bathroom...
"We had a great one-night stay at Hotel Hi-Ho. The self check-in process was simple and convenient, and the room access instructions were clear and easy to follow. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a quick overnight stay.
The hotel was clean, quiet, and a great value for the price. Everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out, and we’d definitely stay here again if we’re in the Fairfield area."
