"Sink parts left on the floor under the sink.
Freezer needed to be defrosted. The freezer was packed with ice.
The bed spread wasn’t clean .
No decaffeinated coffee in the rooms or the lobby and breakfast was very skimpy with little choices ."

"The carpeting needed to be cleaned badly, there was a nail sticking out by the bathroom that could have really hurt somebody's foot bad had they not noticed it. The bed had a very big dip in it that made it uncomfortable for my husband. There was a large laundry basket and a fold-up bed at the bottom of the stairs on the second floor that made it impossible to use the handrail. I do have to say it was quiet."
