"The rooms were spotless and of a really good standard however the standout feature of the hotel was the staff. From the very smiley and welcoming receptionist to the bar staff, everyone was exceptionally friendly and helpful - it’s rare to experience such consistent high levels of service. "

"I stay here around once a month and it is a lovely hotel. Only negative is that if it is the lady on check in desk on an evening she has never been there to greet me once and I'm often stood waiting. The young gentleman however always provides a 5 star service"
