"We had a wonderful relaxing stay."

"Very good and welcoming communication with the host and plenty of space for any family setting. Location is ideal and at a great price for anyone looking to explore the sumner county area!"

"The owner quickly resolved a communication error to our satisfaction. Nice clean property"

"We loved our stay at this home. It was a first VRBO experience for my in-laws. They have redone many homes and kept talking about the “good bones” the house had. We loved being on a country lot- there were deer and wild turkeys out the windows overlooking the back yard. - very quiet and a nice place to relax and visit."

"Older home in an older (quiet) neighborhood and all around a great experience. Plenty of room to park plus plenty of space inside. The home was also well stocked which came in handy when my last minute cupcake plans fell through. My only complaint (which is to be expected with southern homes) is the home was a little moist, especially the hall bathroom. Maybe run a dehumidifier through the home every so often and that would help. We only stayed one night so not a huge issue, but had we stayed...

"Place is very nice. Would stay again. Close to nice places to eat. And owner was very friendly. Perfect place for 2 people"

"Absolutely perfect"

"It was a lot more better than the description described it it was like a little piece in Paradise great for anyone who wants to get away and find themselves again"

"Thank you Ashley for sharing your beautiful private suite with us. It was everything we needed. We would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a place to stay in this area."

"Great house, very private on a beautiful working cattle and horse ranch. Host was incredible. Staff was great, even letting our grandkids feed the horses carrots by hand. Great experience!"
