"We booked the hotel because it advertised a buffet breakfast, and the photos online looked fantastic. However, when we arrived for breakfast, there was no buffet available and we were told to order from the menu instead. (We had paid for the buffet at booking - as it was advertised)

"Average hotel. Average check in. Average room amenities. Two champagne glasses, both different, no wine glasses, bit odd. Noisy house keeping staff having a full on conversation at 6.30am Saturday morning 😩 bed was on a lean , left to right. well used I guess. Clean and tidy. But definitely average "
