"The room had a sliding door but was not usable. The curtains were falling off the window. The chairs to the table were so dirty had to put a towel down before sitting on the chairs. The breakfast was all prepackaged food. All there was seating for about 10 people if that. The only hot food that was served was toast."

"Clean room, cozy decor, bar with live music every night There was one very nice lady at the service counter, but the other lady wasn’t very nice. Unfortunately I didn’t get their names."

"I was an Expedia VIP customer for the first time. Serge greeted me and assisted with getting me a welcome treat. Soft towels, jetted tub. Pleanty of hot water. Quiet room. Plenty of lighting. Large lot to park in. The only con is there is no level parking for motorcycles. Something they could improve on another otherwise amazing place."

"The owners were very hands-on and helpful. Small place, only a few rooms so it is a family-run motor hotel as they used to call them. Smart tv too! You can watch your own Netflix, Prime etc and not be locked into what the chain has on cable. Great views! Water right out back. Close to Peggy’s Cove, maybe the closest place to stay near there. I recommend the place."

"The property is well situated on the main street in Mahone Bay near the harbour, restaurants, shopping and the Town Bandstand. The property itself was lovely with beautiful gardens. We stayed in the upper level of the coach house. It was very well appointed with a maritime aesthetic. It had all of the necessities in a full functioning kitchen. Very clean and spacious with cathedral ceiling. It was our favorite accommodation on our road trip from Toronto to Halifax. Highly recommend."
