"Clean rooms, helpful staff. Great that there were regular shuttles to the haram. The buses could have better sign posted but all in all a little wait always had a bus available. The food selection and availability was top notch. Really good stay."

"The food the staff the location everything was excellent I will recommend everyone who go to Umrah should try M Hotel in Makkah masha Allah 10/10"

"I chose this hotel as a last minute option. My only requirement was to be close to the Jeddah international airport and when I arrived to the hotel, I was so happy that I took the right one! It is a new, modern, beautifully designed and fancy hotel (not easy to find in the area). They upgraded me and my room was perfect, comfortable, neat and pretty! Couldn’t have been happier! And I am picky so if I said that my expectations were covered more than expected, you must trust my good taste!...

"I had a very pleasant stay at this property. The room was clean, comfortable, The staff were friendly, helpful, and professional throughout my stay. I also really appreciated the breakfast service, which had a good variety of options and was well organized. The overall atmosphere was comfortable and relaxing. The location was also convenient for my trip. Overall, it was a great experience and I would happily stay here again. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐"
