Towels and linen provided and kitchen equipment was very good. Bed was very comfy and I loved the lighting in there. Overall I enjoyed my stay. "So last time I was here (last month) there were a couple of things done differently. The Parking, last time I could pay at the desk, this time when I initially booked, I read that I would be able to pay at the desk. I sent a message via this site and was informed that I could pay at the desk or via the Go App. When I arrived I was told that I couldnt pay at the desk and that I would have to pay via the app - not impressed :( Last time I had a nice high floor, this time I was placed on floor 9, right next to all of the air conditioning units, not the best view and a low droning noise all the time - disapointing."
