"We were greeted by a "JJ" who appears to be the manager. She unapologetically told us our room wouldn't be ready until 4:30- an hour and a half after check-in. No apology from her, though a waitress told us she would give us a free drink if we ate dinner there. The restaurant had some bad reviews, ..."
