"Newish/Refurbished property very well located to Historic Area. Ideal & easy to walkabout & visit many areas of interest. Rooms were good size & well furnished with all amenities. Rooms were clean, tidy & well maintained. Staff at hotel were welcoming, friendly & helpful. Enjoyed our stay & would happily return as ideal place when visiting Philadelphia. Restaurant is small but has good food options when staying in, but other eateries walkable from hotel. Our only issue was with aircon. It worked well enough but was so very noisy, hence disrupted sleep when left on of necessity during hot summer spell."

"Access to the streaming service is very complicated and confusing. If the TV was a dnartTV with streaming services preloaded it would have only required the guest to enter their password to access the account. Having to manipulate settings and websites made it not user friendly."

"Only thing that was an issue was lack of ice bucket. We had to keep using the disposable cups for ice. But overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!"

"We enjoyed our stay here. Our room was on the second floor and the walkway overlooking the bar/lobby area was cool but it was quite loud at night. Thankfully the room had a second door which cut down on the noise. Overall the hotel was very nice and the reception we attended there was also well done. We would definitely stay here again!"

"Great location - close to subway and very centrally located and walkable to all the tourist locations. Great room - bed was comfy, shower had great water pressure, nice linens Facility - enjoyed having a nice restaurant and bar available late into the evenings, food was good. Breakfast brunch was very nice but it was pricey tho. Staff - all were super friendly, front desk gave us a great recommendation for a dinner location"
