The house is large and nicely decorated and reasonably well equipped especially for larger family groups. We struggled a little as a lot of larger dishes and we were only two. Also heavy hinting on vegetarian meals with only veggie cookbooks in kitchen ? Felt a bit pointed. We found it cold although ...

Luxurious Converted Bothy/Barn In an Idyllic Setting
Everything you need, very comfortable bed and great log burner, friendly host. NOTE: not really mountain side but can’t leave that off the rating.
