We arrived to receive the keys and was told that the code was invalid, and then after long calls was told that the cleaners are at the property and they will give the keys. When we got their, they were busy cleaning and took time and missed few things to clean. They only gave us one key. To get there you have to use the RVD Footbridge which has broken lifts, 8 flights of stairs up, 8 flights down. If you want to just walk with luggage - don't.
