Dann ging in runter, aber das personal im Rezeption arbeitet nur fürs Wohnheim und hat nichts mit der kurzfristigen Vermietung über Booking was zu tun. Sie haben mir aber geholfen den zuständigen Housekeeper zu erreichen, weil die Nummer von der Firma nicht abgehoben wurde. Nach einer Zeit hab ich dann ein neues Zimmer mit Bettwäsche und Handtücher bekommen, aber es hat dann noch Klopapier gefehlt und das Zimmer war...

"The instructions for entry were misleading & it took over an hour to work out what they meant. There were 3 steep & sharp steps to the front door & no hand rail. The dining room furniture was a table on wheels which wouldn't lock, no chairs but 2 wooden benches from a garden set. Neither lavatory had a properly fitting seat. On Saturday the builder next door was apparently stripping wood on the party wall. The noise was so loud the telephone answerer couldn't hear me on the phone. I was told...
