The Space:
The maisonette, located on the left side of the complex, features four balconies and patios that offer breathtaking, uninterrupted views of the sea and mountains.

On the first floor, you'll find a cozy living room with a sofa bed that comfortably accommodates two guests, along with a 42-inch smart TV. The fully equipped kitchen and dining area provide direct access to the veranda, creating the perfect space for relaxation and dining. A convenient WC is also located on this level.

Ascending to the top floor, you'll discover two inviting bedrooms, each furnished with a double bed, a 21-inch smart TV, and private balcony access. The main bathroom on this level includes a bathtub and a washing machine for added convenience. Both the living room and bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and ceiling fans to ensure your comfort throughout your stay.

This location beautifully blends mountain serenity with easy access to gorgeous beaches, including Santova Beach (2 km), Mikra Mantinia Beach (2 km), Almyros Beach (4 km), Kitries Beach (5 km), and Kalamata Beach (10 km). It’s perfect for long walks and exploring the sights of Mani, where you can discover sunny spots and breathtaking views.

Kalamata, a nearby coastal city, boasts rich history, stunning beaches, and delicious local cuisine. Explore its medieval castle, numerous museums, and charming historic center. Don't miss visits to Ancient Messini (45 km) and Ancient Thouria (23 km) for a taste of Greek culture, as well as the medieval town of Mystras (63 km) and Sparta (66 km) along the scenic Taygetos slopes.

WOW!!!

I just can’t…The beaches, the cafes, the food, the people!I have been all over the world, and this is my favorite place! Wonderful accommodations at the Avia Blue. Close to everything, rent a car and day trip. Snorkel, SCUBA, fishing, boat rentals all within walking distance of the apartments.Incredible and gracious hosts, even came to our rescue in time of need. Hosts Tula (Constantina) and Nikos were so kind and I just…Part of me doesn’t want the world to know of this jewel.Come, stay, and leave with a new family.This is the place!L & M
