"Great spot close to everything with a secure entrance to the building. Easy access to the unit Quick responses and good communication from the host. Great unit with lots of amenities! Definitely would stay here again and again!!"

"Our visit was short, , but it was enjoyable while we were there. The host thought of everything as far as toiletries and really went out of their way to make sure that we had the basics of what we needed, which was a nice refreshing change from most rentals. The beds were very comfortable and loved the big bathtub.!!"

"Well equipped kitchen, bright and airy rooms, very clean and very comfortable !"

"This was a 2 month stay for us and was not equipped for longer term stays. Storage is a challenge. On the plus side, the host is responds quickly and helped with any issues we had. The location was great as we needed to be in a specific area."

"The place was cooled before I arrived with an air conditioning unit making it a nice welcome. The host was communicative and hospitable. They left more than enough towels, pillows, blankets. I super appreciated how clean everything was and it smelled good which made them comfortable to use and sleep in the bed."

"The place was incredibly clean. The instructions were clear for entering and locking up. Great experience! Thanks Dylan. "

"My wife and I loved this unit. The host was the quickest to respond to questions that we have encountered. My only issue was the parking. There is a 19 charge per day to park in the parking lot. There is limited and restricted street parking. We got lucky because we were there on a weekend night."

"Nice place for a couple days to take a break from the city. The bottle of wine with plenty of chocolate treats were a pleasant welcoming gift. The queen size bed was comfortable, and the AC kept the place nice and cool. The winding staircase leading to the bedroom though was a bit of a challenging surprise--especially if you needed to visit the bathroom on the ground floor during the night. It was also very pleasant to have morning breakfast on the porch. The only downsize to that was the...

The “off street parking” is a communal dirt area behind two houses with potholes and a very narrow driveway connecting it to the road. If you have a minivan or a larger car, you...

"It was the perfect day and very convenient for our trip for our son’s graduation. Thank you for being so receptive and helpful."

"Super clean and excellent response time from host. Weirdly placed refrigerator and the loft bedroom gets super hot. Property needs some TLC. "

"Very old house, but clean, cozy and nice location for visiting Yale."
