"For occupying empty tudent ccommodation, it's mostly very good, I only have a few notable nitpicks. 1) The lights are very strong and no lampshades, one on the ceiling bares full force down onto the bed and I couldn't figure out a way to dim it without turning everything off, it was very bright and made laying on the bed (or not sitting in a slump) very uncomfortable when I wasn't actively asleep. If there is one I missed I hope the managers let me know in response to the review so it can help...

"Positives - good location, good to have the kitchen, TV has integrated Netflix, bed is comfy and bathroom is well laid out. Self-check in process and check-out was easy and smooth. Negatives - very, very hot in the evening as room faced the internal court yard and evening sun and only one fan supplied. Lift broken and no advance notice given, room was on the sixth floor and it was hard work lugging suitcase up 6 flights of stairs."

"A very beautiful and comfortable home. All appliances are plentiful and well appointed. Living areas are well thought out and spacious and the bedrooms are luxurious. We stayed for a family holiday, 6 adults and 4 children and we had plenty of space. The location is excellent, made for a truly relaxing holiday"

You needed two codes, one for the building, the other for the room, contained in 'secure messages' buried in emails. My room smelt really manky and later that night I couldnt close the door which had moved away from the frame. I had to change rooms at 11.30pm with numerous trips with my stuff. "It's not a bad place. But filthy carpets were the main disappointment & filthy smoke butts outside the main door up stairs. Was there for 3 days, not once did I see anybody do any cleaning or replenish towels or tea & coffee. That's why it wasn't value for money. The owner should put more effort into the place, instead of just taking the money."
