"My room.had a balcony, which I loved and the room had a pink out bed from a couch in the room. You have to make the bed and the mattress is a bit uneven and not as comfortable as the main bed, but still good. The shower door doesn't cover the whole shower so some water splashes onto the floor outside the shower."

"When we arrived, the only staff available to help was the bartender who sent us to the wrong room. Upon finding our correct room, we pulled back the sheets to see numerous long black hairs and some sort of dirt/debris. As no one was available or answering the phone, we stripped the bed ourselves and did the best we could. The shower/tub had a liner that allowed a lot of water to fall on the floor, which we did the best we could to mop up the water. Positives: it is amazing historic home that...
