"We were disappointed with the very long Check-In line and inequities in service. After standing in the line for close to thirty minutes, a staff member opened up another line. People who came in long after me and several others were ushered to the front of the new line. There was also a long line at the elevators with confusion on how to operate them. It was a frustrating way to begin our visit."

"The staff was very friendly and helpful. The property was amazing and very clean. One thing though, there is a resort fee per day that you will pay upon check out. The ask for a card for a deposit (that you get back). Once you check out you will get the deposit back minus the resort fee charges."
