"Avoid this hotel at all costs. While the older windows are double paned, this did not help with all the noise, airport and otherwise. The ventilation system was incredibly loud when it kicked on. I got very little sleep here."

"When we got to our room with three younger children, the door deadbolt was stuck. The people on staff worked very hard on it and it was no fault of theirs. However, we waited for over an hour before they got it fixed…meaning we didn’t get our children to bed until 10pm.
