"Boggy Sands is a great place to stay in the West Bay Area. The condo was clean, nice and equipped. The private Beachside Club has anything you might need for a day in the sand including a staff member to help with anything you might want. The absolute only negative is the walk from the condo to the beach, and it’s not bad at all. My favorite part of GC and Boggy Sands are the people. Som wood the kindest I’ve ever met!"
Beautiful 4-bed, 4-bath oceanfront home with a private pool and beach

"This is an absolutely fantastic property that was enjoyed by all (adults, teens/tweens/grandma). The house was SO beautiful and clean. There were plenty of snorkels, different sized water shoes and pool floats to use. We used the umbrellas, chairs, towels to hit the beach. We really enjoyed the pool and the peace and quiet. I was worried about the heat in July, but with the breeze and plenty of shady spots it was nice to sit outside and read/relax. Sadly, we didn't get to enjoy the sports court as it was being repaved, but it should be nice for the next guests. Communication was great. The management team on the island was amazing. The fancy European microwave was giving us a little trouble and they delivered a countertop one in no time and even brought over a personal fishing pole for my son to use. The West Bay restaurants were also so good and so close by. This was nicest VRBO I have ever stayed in. It was the perfect quiet setting we were craving and still so convenient to everything."

"This house and location were great! Wally was a wonderful host who showed us around the property, inside and out, upon arrival.My daughter’s 21st birthday was during our stay, and Wally went out of his way to coordinate with a local decorator so the house was decorated before we arrived. During the trip, I also contacted him about a few items we needed, including an iron, and he brought them to us shortly afterward.The sargassum along the shoreline was the only unexpected issue, but obviously that was beyond anyone’s control. We found several nearby beaches around West Bay and the north end of Seven Mile Beach where it was lighter and we could snorkel and enjoy the water.The property feels like a private resort. My family had full access to everything without having to wake up early to compete for chairs like at a hotel. The pool was wonderful, the cornhole boards were a nice touch, and the screened-in area overlooking the pool and beach was a great place for dinner.My wife and I have stayed at beachfront hotels in Cayman before, but this house is the way to go if you want to truly enjoy the island and avoid large crowds. We would not hesitate to stay here again.Thank you, Wally, for helping make this our best Cayman trip yet!"
