"We stay at this hotel 2-3 times a year as it's handy for visiting family. The staff are always welcoming and the rooms comfortable. The only thing we find is a regular issue is that there is always at least one item not available on the evening meal menu and this time is was more than one, which was a little frustrating. "Comfy beds. Otherwise, quite run down. Does have an almost pleasant vintage charm to it, mid-century looking fixtures in some places. Like being in Fawlty Towers, except there are no staff, and you're not quite sure if you might get murdered. Good value for money 4/5"

"Only feedback I have and gave on check out was the breakfast was not great scrambled eggs tasteless, hash browns not good, sausages well more like cardboard than meat ... Limited choice overall apparently the nutella substitute had little to no flavour and no idea what the apple juice was but more like water than juice. Coffee machine did a okay mocha and the bread was okay one stale bit encountered but could have bern another guess partial toasting who knows. Location is good parking great and...
