"Issues includedWashing machine full of wet towels and no instructionsNo free to air tvInconvenient kitchenDraughty bathroom with leaky taps and poor layoutInefficient air conditionerPoor power supply as we had to turn off all power points we did not feel safe"

"Gas fireplace, cosy heating and wonderful bedding, very handy to shops."

"Very enjoyable. Wasn’t able to get the heater or gas oven working. Otherwise great"

"The property was not clean - needs a good deep clean as it was not good enough for a holiday rental. The basin in the bathroom was not draining - my husband pulled this apart and it was clogged with hair (yuck)! The double bed mattress was rock hard and had a sleepless night and sore hips. We went and bought a mattress topper the next day so we could sleep. There is not enough comfortable seating for 4 people (1 x 2seater lounge only). The TV is impossible to use. There was an awful smell on...

"Hosts were fantastic answering late in rhe day. Very nice clean cottage, all the amenities needed, provided soap and shampoo and they even left us some easter chocolates."

"Great little house. So close to the bus then a train to Leura for the Spring festival. House was just perfect. Old style cottage, great heating for a cold October. Thank you for a great place to stay for our 3 nights. So close to the sights and easy to access them all by bus"

"Check in found to be cumbersome. Need reservation number . A bit clunky. But ok in the end. Awaiting security deposit back."

"Great location. Beautiful grounds. "

"Great walkable location to Leura Mall. Adorable place with all the comforts of home. We only had one night to stay but really enjoyed the home. The beds were very comfy and had electric blankets to keep us warm. Be aware that both upstairs and downstairs are rented out so you may be booked next to another party."

"Property in an ideal quiet location in Katoomba but only 4 mins away from the town and literally 2 minutes from the highway. Property perfect, clean with everything you could want and more. Great host Would highly recommend. Great stay"

"The Convent is a beautiful property with gardens surrounding it. The interior of the unit is comfortable with a sitting area, fireplace, and a large dining table. The kitchen is expansive and equipped with modern amenities. There is a surrounding sun room from which to enjoy the views. A very comfortable residence. Our only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer."

"A beautiful, quaint and clean apartment walking distance from the delights of Leura Village. The booking team were very prompt in their support. We look forward to our next visit. Thank you!"
