"The amenities of a city hotel chain coupled with the beauty and simplicity of the country side"

"An older property that will be considered characterful or dated depending on your viewpoint. I enjoyed it including the narrow stairs and corridors, and the historic nature of the room, which was not lacking for the usual amenities. I had an excellent dinner and the Full English Breakfast was all you could wish for. The staff were attentive and friendly. It is a short walk from the 24 hr public car park and is in the centre of town."

"Great overnight stay. Clean, comfortable and great food, what more could I ask for."

"Friendly staff, owner on site is a plus, fixtures a little worn but adequate. Bed was hard for my wife. I did not try the food as it was a quick overnight stay. Thank you"

"Lovely hotel in a really nice village - great food and drinks. Handy for Stansted airport which is only a 15 minute drive away"

"For a country pub, the room was very well equipped with comfy bed, excellent shower and everything I could need. Food delicious, Staff helpful and breakfast waitress in particular was friendly and caring."

"Good location for accessing South Cambridgeshire"

"Room and bathroom were absolutely gorgeous. Staff were really friendly and helpful. We ate here each night sitting in the beautiful garden area. Definitely would recommend"
